Build Your Base

Select "Build" (Middle Button with "City" Icon on Bottom Right)

Select Prefer Building

Deploy Prebuilt at good spot, it shows "Green"

If Prebuilt show "Red" means too far from castle or preferred resource site

Building start construction. It'll operate automatically after completed.
Build Your Army

Build the following building to get army unit trained :-

Barrack : Swordsman, Spearman

Archery : Archer, Crossbowman

Stable : Cavalry

War Factory : Ballista, Catapult

Temple : Priest

Automatic Training after building construction completed

New unit trained gather at building's rally point (show as its Banner)
Deploy Troop

Select "Deploy" (Top Button with "Unit" Icon on Bottom Right)

Select Prefer Unit (Listed as training building)

Deploy "Banner" at preferred rally point
-
Units will gathering at new deployed rally point
